Tested in Low and High end hardware
The game with update 1.08v and all DLC
LE:works between 17 and 24 FPS, in cutscenes the audio goes late between effects and character talking
HE:Even in 4K the game stands up 30FPS and a some drops of 27FPS
Note:Both ends have some video and anime cutscenes have late audio, example the game intro,no matter how you configure it the brghtness wont change, and the colors of the OC wont appear until gameplay.
If anyone knows how to deal with this please let me know, or see the most optimal end configs
