Try again with this version https://ci.appveyor.com/project/rpcs3/rp...0.0.2-4584

Then set it up like this:

You should be using the official drivers, not DS4 -> XInput wrapper or anything like that. If it still fails, does the controller work otherwise in this game, and what game is it?
