Don't delete the commit when posting versions: you're using 0.0.2-bd2e1a63 which is over a month ago old.

The log you posted is empty, you can't reopen the emulator before getting the log or it will wipe it. But it won't be needed in this case.

Download the build on https://rpcs3.net/download , use OpenGL and toggle GPU Scaling on Settings -> Graphics.

D3D12 won't work - bad conversion is a known issue: https://github.com/RPCS3/rpcs3/issues/2371
