I've also tested White Knight Chronicles II - [BLUS30784], with the same setups, and it stops as you create the character, until the menu has no problems.
Version emulator 22/08/2017 windows
Recompiler (LLVM)
Recompiler (ASMJIT)
Vulkan
No all the additional settings
