If you don't have Windows 10 you will have nothing to select since that is only for DX12 renderer (and that only works in Windows 10)

What you uploaded is still isn't the full log, and also you should read this http://www.emunewz.net/forum/showthread.php?tid=174352 (since from this "log" you uploaded you clearly don't know what do you need to do if that msg shows up) and for dragon ball raging blast 2 this http://www.emunewz.net/forum/showthread.php?tid=173766

TL;DR: those 2 games won't work, play them on your PS3
