RPCS3 Version: 0.0.21-13380-98cee991 Alpha

Appears to be playable, but needs someone with more time to spend with it, and logs/screenshots...

Using Vulkan, res @150% (1920x1080), PPU Interpreter (Static), SPU (ASMJIT), and Enable SPU Loop detection - otherwise the rest are defaulst.

Actual defaults (Vulkan) just boots into a black screen.
