Armored Core 4 [US] stuck on "building SPU cache"

Good day and thanks for your work!

My problem is as follows: booting Armored Core 4 [US] makes it stuck on "Building SPU cache"

Last time I emulated AC4 was about a year ago, on an older RPCS3 version, and it worked fine. Sadly I cannot remember the exact version.

Other games I tested also work fine (3d dot game heroes, Deception 4 NP)

I tried:
- clearing cache
- fiddling with the CPU settings
- booting with default settings
- updating graphics drivers

My log is as follows:
