RPCS3 Kills one cpu thread

Hi guys i noticed RPCS3 not utilize at all one of the cpu threads.

I'm running RPCS3 0.0.33-17020-d51d5ce8 Alpha | master
my pc is
6700k @4500mhz
16gb ddr4 3200
asus z170i pro gaming

When i close rpcs3 even Windows can't use that thread anymore, forcing me to restart the system

Someone could help me?
