Games freeze on load screen, now RPCS3 won't even open

In a twist, I ran 2k8 and it actually was going fine through the demo mode (windowed) and then once I started picking players it crashed.  Tried to run it again but then RPCS3 just crashed immediately.  Enclosed is the log (immediate log down below) if anyone would like to have a crack at it, thank you!  

Odd thing is I don't have a D: drive?
