Slow Scrolling Through Games List Until All Game Icons Load

Immediately after launching, RPCS3 only loads the game icons for the part of the game list that is visible on the screen. The rest of the icons only start loading in when scrolling down the list. This causes scrolling the list of games to be painfully slow, as the icons load.
Once all icons are loaded, the list scrolls perfectly (super fast, no stutter).

Here is what it looks like: First 20 seconds= slow scrolling before game icons have loaded, Last 10 seconds= fast scrolling after all icons have loaded in. This is the annoying part: Icons only load in when their respective games are visbile on screen, combined with the slow scrolling until the icons have loaded in.

QUESTION:
Is there a setting that will force all game icons to be loaded immediately upon launch (not just the part of the list that is on screen), so that this slow scrolling never happens?

NOTES: 
- Nightly build, Up-to-date
- RPCS3 is installed on a SATA SSD, ROMs are on an HDD.
- Once all the icons are loaded, closing and reopening RPCS3 doesn't 'unload' the icons, so scrolling is still perfect.
