App crash on launching on macOS 13

Hello everyone ! I can't launch RPCS3 on my mac M1, the app keeps crash. I look up on crash log and i'm unable to fix the app. This is what i get when i try to launch the app (attached file). It's look like an error with gettext and i reinstall it but any fix on my problem. If someone can help me, it would be great ! Thanks
