Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 [BLUS30838]

I had to change the spu decoder to ASMJIT to get this to load past the title screen.
It is not perfect, but is playable with a glitch, here or there.
Average frame rate is 30+fps.. I tried to get 60fps by increasing the vblank to 120, but it crashed the game.
Running on the latest version of RPCS3
