Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine [BLUS30432]

I think this game could benefit from some extra looking and tweaking to get it to perform better. At Default Resolution 720p and 100% texture resolution, it stays around 25FPS on high-end hardware. I can get high 20s (27-29?) on 50% texture resolution and 720x576 Deafult resolution.

My hardware is i9 13900KF running at 5.486Ghz and NVIDIA GTX 4090.

Considering this is a game that seems very compatible with RPCN default settings for playing with people it would be nice to be able to get a stable 30FPS, and beyond if possible.
