This is my favorite COD game, and I managed to port over some xbox 360 iso mod cheats. This should not be used for online play, just so you can play around with the game and noclip and check out interesting areas. I am not sure if I am allowed to post any config files from the game, but I also edited the controls to use the R2 and L2 triggers so it feels more like how the 360 version is. If I am allowed to pose my link to the files let me know. But here is how I did it.
You need to edit some config files to have this code.
bind UPARROW "noclip"
bind DOWNARROW "dropweapon"
bind LEFTARROW "toggle timescale 5 1 .5"
bind RIGHTARROW "give all"
bind L2 "+speed" (Aim)
bind R2 "+attack" (Shoot)
bind L1 "+grenadeattack" (Throw Grenade)
bind R1 "+class" (Class specific gadget)
The files to edit with this code are located in the PS3_GAME\USRDIR mp_ps3_a and the ps3_a. Add this code in those files and make the changes and you will be able to play with more comfortable layout, as well as be able to fly around the game levels and explore all kinds of areas.
