Cars 2: The Video Game [BLES01242] is playable from beginning to end, but it needs some settings to be changed to prevent graphical issues and increase performance.

Computer specifications used for testing:
Graphics Card: GeForce RTX 2060
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Overclocked to 3.9 GHz
Ram: Corsair Vengeance 32 GB DDR4 3200Mhz
SSD: Samsung 860 EVO 500GB
OS: Windows 10
RPCS3 Version: v0.0.26-14663-d69e345b Alpha
