Is it possible to set the default monitor, that games will output to, from RPCS3?

I sometimes attach my television to my computer via hdmi cable, and it is listed as the secondary monitor in Windows 11.

Is it possible, to setup RPCS3, so that it will run any games so that they display on my television?   Since I like to play other games on my computer, or web browse, while I have a game up on the television?
