[Error] Qt5multimedia.dll Was not found

Upon starting RPCS3 I was greeted with this error in below screenshot, despite the fact that the file already exists in the directory of the program, Now I have read the "Quick start" section of the website, I did download and install all MS visual C++ redistributables and I also tried copying all DLL libraries to my System32 & SysWOW64 Folders still without luck.
Pls help.
