It was moved to the Canary patches, due to it was super hacky and not making playable because of it
Now you need to add them manually, create a file called "imported_patch.yml" go the wiki page, copy and paste the patch into the file, before to save, put this on the top "Version 1:2", save and then, move the patch to the patches folder in your rpcs3 folder, go the Patch Manager, apply the patch and done
