With some trial and error I found out the game does boot past the Namco Bandai logo if I uninstall the game every time before playing.
So if I delete \dev_hdd0\game\BLES01815_INSTALL and then start the game it's fine. This means it has to install the game every time I play it though.
It might somehow explain this error which clearly states there's something wrong with the install file.....

Does that make any sense?
