Status: Ingame, the sound issue persists
To expand on what it is: at some point, seemingly randomly music and voice lines stop (sound effects still play), and afterwards the game freezes when a dialogue line has to be played (mostly entering cutscenes during stages or immediately after finishing it). It may happen as early as when menuing before entering first stage, or a few of them in. The only solution is a reset, along with progress loss.
Sometimes the sound resumes, or lines are skipped - I think it may happen when one sound is supposed to play over the one blocked? Not sure though.
In the log I have such a case: the sound gets weird in the middle of the first stage played, muting either music or music and voice, every cutscene in the middle end up finishing successfully, until the freeze on the victory one.
As said in this and the other SB4S thread, this is a long-standing issue.
