Games not showing the graphics/sound on first load during cutscenes.

Certain games will not display the graphics (NG3, Ridge Racer 7, etc.) and sound/voices (uncharted series) during cutscenes the first time they are loaded in the emulator.  They will only come up properly if you get pass the cutscene and then close and reopen the game and get to that cutscene again (if you are allowed to).  I noticed this problem has been around for a while and everything I've tried has not worked.  I have tried preloading the ppu cache and removing game cache files and the only way I can see the cutscenes properly is to close and reopen the game.  Is there a way I can get them to play right on the first playthrough?
