Drakengard 3 FPS patch not loading in properly

So I recently installed Drakengard 3 onto RPCS3, and the game itself plays fine (aside from the atrocious FPS, but that's just how the base game goes). So I went into manage game patches, downloaded the FPS patch, and started the game. The game loaded in with around 60 fps, but a short ways into the loading process, the game window vanished, several errors appeared in the console including some that mention the patch, then the game reloads, but at the original 30 fps. I am not sure what's going on. I will attach my log files (be warned, they are very bloated). The errors go roughly like: 'sys_fs_stat' failed with 0x80010006 : CELL_ENOENT, “/dev_hdd0/game/NPEB01407/USRDIR/SQEX03GAME/PATCHES/SCRIPTPATCH_HUD_BATTLE_SF.BIN.UNCOMPRESSED_SIZE” [1].

Any help would be appreciated, this is a hard game to play without the patch.
