I fixed my issue. It was caused by the BCES00510_BCES00510 folder located in: dev_hdd1\caches.
Upon manual deletion of the folder, GoWIII progressed through the two SCE logos and into the game.
Another issue that I still have, is the fact that I still cannot delete any cache for any game on RPCS3.
'Right click on GoWIII -> Remove -> Remove All Caches' doesn't work.
Not one Remove option works. Tested on version 0.0.21-13347.
