Still playable, but there are a few relatively minor glitches and bugs. It even runs at 60 fps!
Tested on Linux with a ryzen 1600af, amd rx 570 OC version with 8 gbyte of vram, 8 gbyte ddr4 ram.
Broken bonfire and torch shadows
This is a weird one and it only happens at specific bonfires or sconces. Highly visible. Usually disappears at certain angles and distances.
No Man's Wharf sconce, right next to the poison cask house.
Servant's Quarters Bonfire.

Chapel Threshold Bonfire
King's Gate Bonfire
Rating: Annoying, if it would happen more often. This is actually a pretty rare occurance and most other shadows look fine.
Pixelated shadow outlines
Something I also saw in Lighting Returns. See shadow bugs in https://forums.rpcs3.net/thread-197856.html.
Happens in many levels. This one is No Man's Wharf.
Rating: Barely noticable.
Weird lines in water
There appears to be weird, perhaps grid-shaping lines in the water in at least Heide's Tower of Flame and the Shrine of Amana. The lines in the latter appear to be perhaps marking tris? I have no idea.
Rating: Barely noticable.
Fireflies
There are weird fireflies almost everywhere, especially in shadows.
Right next to the Unseen Path to Heide/No Man's Wharf bonfire.
Rating: Barely noticable.
Sound stuttering when attacking
See the linked thread. Disabling SPU loop detection is more or less mandatory. Setting the SPU threads to 1 is not recommended. It does not help, it only lowers the framerate.
Especially when fighting in water you will get some really awful sound stuttering. This also happens when e.g enemies bombard you with spells, which tends to happen in the Undead Crypt. The Flexile Sentry boss fight, especially in NG+, is pretty bad because of that.
Rating: Pretty major, but does not make the game unplayable.
Random freezes
Sometimes, the game just freezes for a couple of seconds. This does not happen too often, but since all inputs are dropped when it unfreezes, you will not e.g accidentally fall off a cliff.
Rating: Annoying.
