RCPS3 configuration: some missing options in my emulator version?

just another couple of important questions:

1) when i upload my logfile in Discord channel, everytime the BOT says: Multithreaded RSX is enabled. Is it better, by default, to disable this option? In some guide on youtube i found that it is better to enable it. But others guide say that it is better to disable it...

2) my monitor is a fullhd monitor. In order to have a good resolution without slowdowsn, is it better to set by default RESOLUTION SCALE = Default? Currently my Default is 300%. Here my default config:

Is it ok? Or is it better to change Resolution Scale = Default (100%) ? Here my pc specs:
