no save button in keyboard config on new rpcs3 on 720p or lower screen

This only happens if you have a really small screen, but seems like a good first issue for new contributors

I already did to the bottom no use.

My Laptop is 720p can't see save bottom no matter what.
but I found a 1080p screen is able to see.

this is clearly a bug.
