Patches 1.2 to enable/disable settings of emulator?

Example: Dunasty Warriors Gundam Reborn (https://forums.rpcs3.net/thread-194635.html) needs for it's work to be enabled option "Accurate xfloat", but many people do not know about that and have problems. Is it able to register in the patch forcibly enabling the option "Accurate xfloat" or any other to make easier setting up the emulator?
