Hello, I also have a desync while playing Ridge Racer 7.
I´m surprised that you have this issue when you are using a Ryzen 5 with 6 cores ( according to your attached log ), while my PC has only 2 cores.
Your specs are enough to run this game so maybe the game is now broken.
You should stick to older builds like 0.0.8 xxxx or 0.06 xxxx for this game..
