Splinter Cell Chaos Theory HD [NPEB00557] Crash on opening Settings

Chaos Theory seems to run well, with getting into the first mission no problem, however opening settings results in full crash with the segment of the log being:

Generally after the crash I have to reboot the emulator, then quit again as the menu won't load, before booting it again.
