Rpsc3 doesn't start at all [LINUX]

Greetings,
i've downloaded RPSC3, mad eit executable and tried to start it both by click and by terminal, however nothing happens and in terminale i get a "command not found" error.

My system is linux mint 18.3 MATE 64bit
Memory 7,7GB
Processor: Intel® Core™ i7-2670QM CPU @ 2.20GHz × 8

Graphic Card Nvidia GT550M

Can someone help me?
