I just joined this website to browse the forums because I just recently discovered that I could play NCAA football 14 with this emulator.
I just tried outright downloading the RPCS3 as the instructions said and every time I try to launch the emulator it says
"rpcs3.exe - System Error
The code execution cannot proceed because vulkan-1.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."
I've tried to reinstall it twice now and the same message pops up. I'm not very good with computers, let alone forums so if anyone has some advice that'd be greatly appreciated!
Perhaps I skipped over something or didn't understand a step correctly. I mean heck, I don't even know how to check my specs on this computer or even know if they're able to run the emulator.
