Rpcs3 won´t load at all

Hello! I have been using rpcs3 for months now, maybe a year even. and I never had issues. Today I decided to update and now an error shows up: (see attACHMENT) How can this be solved? I installed cx redist and updated everything.... strange.

System specs:

Windows 10, x64 bit
INTEL® Core® i7-8550U CPU @ 1.80GHz 1.99 GHz
RAM 8gb
