I'm currently at the boss for the 4th palace (futaba's palace) and everytime I try to fight the boss, it just hangs and the boss continues to fly in the air and the fight doesn't start. I'm not using any mods and am using all the DLC available for Persona 5.
Computer Specs:
CPU - i7 8750H @ 2.20GHz (12 CPUs)
GPU - GTX 1060
16GB RAM

Forgot to post a log, here it is. Tried multiple different settings last night and still couldn't get past this point. Hope this helps anyone debug the issue.
