Should this be marked as playable now?

0.0.7-9163

Played 2 hours with not many problems apart from weird texture glitches every now and again and slight slowdown when all cars on screen.

3800x
32gb Ram@3800mhz
GTX 1060
All default RPCS3 settings but forced 1080p
