I get the following error whenever I launch the game:

I followed everything mentioned in this video:

I tried with the latest version of the RPCS3 build and then switched over to the version being used in the video but the error is present in both.
cpu: Ryzen 3800x
gpu: 5700xt
16GB ram
I should also note that if I switch the renderer from Vulkan to OpenGL, the game runs albeit at a low frame rate despite saying 60 fps and it randomly freezes.
