After RPCS3 0.0.7-8667 of 09/09/2019 all is 50% slower

This is exactly the same thing it's doing on my end Neo_One. In my case the culprit is 0.06.8089. Try loading your game on that version - it should stutter if your issue is the same I have. Then try the previous version 0.06.8086. If it's my same problem that version should NOT stutter. Maybe if we have the same issue we can join forces to see if there is a fix.
