RPCS3-v0.0.6-7947-12dc3c18
Intel i9 9900K
16 GB 3000MHz DDR4
NVIDIA RTX 2080 (Driver 419.67)
Vulkan with default settings
Game should be labeled INGAME
This game is essentially in the same state as Madden NFL 15 & 16 so I'm going to almost copy and paste my post from Madden 16. Game plays and performance is acceptable on my hardware at 30-40 FPS in game, but it is likely not playable on lower end hardware. Regardless, it has the same three graphical glitches.
First, the cinematic cameras are still blurry. It's not every single cutaway for a replay that does this, but a vast majority are out of focus. Few are clear as they are supposed to be. Example here:
Second, the field is black yet again, with weird discoloration where daylight comes through as seen here:
Finally, we have another instance of half the screen being brighter than the other half. It almost looks here like the "shiny" edge of the graphic is casting light off that causes half the screen to be lighter, but I don't know enough about this stuff to confirm. Just a theory I have. Example here:
