NVIDIA RTX 2080 (Driver 419.67)

Vulkan with default settings

Game should remain INGAME

Performance is much better for me with Vulkan and I would even say it's in a playable state, but on most hardware it still probably falls well below 30 FPS as I only get about 35-45 when all players are in the frame. There are some visual glitches that I will point out. While they don't render the game unplayable, they some can be quite annoying. First is the replay camera, which is always out of focus as seen in these two screenshots:         . This is probably the most annoying as it gave me a headache after playing for a while. The camera during gameplay is in focus, but during any kind of replay you get this.

Second, before the snap, the right side of the screen is just slightly darker than the left. This can be difficult to see sometimes, so I have circled the areas where it is most noticeable in yellow in these three screenshots:

Third, the players on the sidelines are rendered incorrectly. On one side they had these strange bright jerseys, and on the other the players are just completely black as shown here:

Also not sure if it makes any difference, but I have the standard edition of the game, not the Hall of Fame edition mentioned in the title, but my game has the same product code [BLUS30770] so I figured this belonged here.
