SPU LLVM + Disabling zcull occlusion queries seems to help fps, but its still too slow needs to be running at 50-60fps or the cars go too slow.
Everything else seems to work, just needs more performance.


Sounds like you may have a weak cpu. The game runs full speed all day with my intel 7700k.
