Games lagging, what to do?

Hello everybody, I'm new to RPCS3 and Emulators in general. I was trying to run SKATE 3 on the programm but during gameplay the game would go in "slow motion". My frames are at 30-50 the whole time but the games runs in "slow motion" and audio also echoes.
I'm not sure if it's my PC or the Emulator and I have to change some settings.
My PC specs:
Intel i5-3470 at 3.40GHz
Phoenix GTX 1060 6GB
16GB of DDR3
MSI B75MA-E33
