Update: So I've noticed that lowering that anisotropic filter (from 16x to 4x) has helped with the audio crackling significantly but again, after a certain point (seems consistently after 2 loading screens) it worsens and doesn't go away.
Setting it any lower (to 2x or Force Disabled) actually makes the crackling worse.
Updating the firmware doesn't seem to have helped any.
Sometimes the audio starts crackling immediately upon loading in and sometimes it's after 2 load screens and sometimes just in certain areas (i.e fishing village near the water)
I'm running out of things to change to try and mitigate the crackling and I've been at this for many months already.
