Sounds like the vulkan-1 error. You likely have have broken video driver entries in your system.
To fix this:
1. Remove your video drivers using DDU http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/disp...nload.html
2. Remove also AMD / nVidia drivers if you have switched your video card recently
3. Reinstall the latest version of your drivers
