Great news guys, with latest of kd-11's improvements on shaders, game is finally playable! Changes are visible only if you use Vulkan setting, OpenGL retains the lighting issues.

Game runs smooth, stable fps, shader compiling is more rare, quicker and less annoying.
I took a few pics throughout the game, including the ending and save file to show game can be fully completed.
One might argue about quality, but I'm sure if you have a better CPU or meddle with the settings, you can improve it greatly.
