I have asked a few other people and tried the exact same builds as them with the same settings and it only happens to me no idea what causes it but since it worked for other people I left it alone.
Tried debug options and every combination of GPU settings and interpreters/recompilers but nothing helped.
I have the same issues as you with NPUB30031 and rpcs3 6924. Title screen is all white. Once in the game the screen is all black. Can "play" the game as a blind man. Can hear myself walking and jumping and i can die. I can see the text but not the background and characters the whole screen outside of the text remains black (tried Vulkan and OpenGL).
I have a Ryzen 7 1800x and a 1070.
