Yeah I have the same issue with the title screen for many months now, and for me atleast the whole game world is rendered as black only displaying the timer and the white rectangle overlaying hud elements.
I have asked a few other people and tried the exact same builds as them with the same settings and it only happens to me no idea what causes it but since it worked for other people I left it alone.
Tried debug options and every combination of GPU settings and interpreters/recompilers but nothing helped.
