Needs PPU fast to boot without verification error. Needs SRM to not have the intro logos flicker and ruin menus. WCB for menu graphics, and I'm not positive OpenGL was necessary.
FPS was better than I expected but I'm sure in any city it'd be far too low for playable. There are still some graphical errors.
