I tried mucking around with network settings, if it set to Obtaining IP all I get is a Black screen. Set it to IP Obtained or Disconnected and it works.
thanks for helping me. I finally found the problem of this game. and can not run 100% but it is playable yes. is ingame / playable actually. because this game is featuring heavy glitches and FPS having the rather complicated gameplay. but you can play in the default settings until minimal improvement.
