I am able to get a stable 30 FPS using Vulkan and setting [CPU] Preferred SPU Threads from auto to 1 or 2, at 3 the FPS starts dipping to 20.

RPCS3 v0.0.4-6307-5959411ae Alpha
My PC specs are a Ryzen 1400 OC to 3.6 GHz, 16 GB of RAM at 3000 MHz and a Geforce 1060 3gb and Windows 10 PRO.
