Heavy Rain: Move Edition [BCES00802]

Hi,
I manged to run the game with playable FPS (after installing official 1Gb patch and doing some strange magic, otherwise the game stuck in the first loading screen for me) , i have some graphical glitches like strange shadows (I will make a post with screenshots later) My issue is simple, Im Stuck in a Shower scene when the game asks me to Wipe his hair with Controller Motion, shaking controller Up/Down.
What do i do? Im suing xbox one gamepad, i tried to use the Keyboard plugin, but it has no fake  shake simulation.
How do i emulate up/down gamepad shake?  Will it work if I connect my original PS4 controller with USB cable?

Hahaha exactly the same problem for me..
FPS still acceptable. Problems with DShock.
As i know can't play without real dual shock 3/4. Sadly ((
