RPCS3 v0.0.3-3-eb8af97 Alpha
AMD FX-8320E Eight-Core Processor
8 Gb RAM
AMD Radeon R7 265
Windows 7

Loads up almost perfectly, slight stuttering that does not affect gameplay overall. It runs on OpenGL, but hangs up when the gameplay starts on Vulkan.
